For two hundred thirty six years this country has been known as the United States of America to the world. Why are people still looking and talking about each other like our people are on islands of race and there is no room for change. There is are to many problems that affect us all together as a nation. this separation has to stop for our country to make changes that are needed by our government and our people. People must stop the racism that keeps us apart. There are so many problems that need for all people to become involved in to bring about change and reform to our country and our people.

Change and true reform can only happen in our country when people remember that all people are American`s first last and always. Leaders of every race must come together to bring all people together for the growth and changes that will make life better for all our people. No longer can our people use race religion and sexual preference to keep our people apart . Our people are all in this together and any changes and answers that will be found and made will take the commitment of all our people. Our country is going down hill and people rather look at black and white instead of how are our people can work to help get our country back up on her feet.

Stop looking at how different any person looks and talk together about how people need to find each other and rebuild our country for the future of all our people. Poor people are basically of every race and religion and sexual preference so how are our people going to work as a nation to bring about changes that are needed to solve the problems that are growing while our people can not support each other. People are hungry and homeless taxes are rising,people are losing their homes. These problems can only be changed by uniting our people to respect and help make these changes together. Our country is in grate need for our people to get beyond how we look and become a people for solution.

The cost of living is rising for so many people no matter what race or sex it is going to get worse unless our people start to work together for real change in our country. Time to grow past our differences and start worrying about the future of our people and our country. Our people have to become one solid force of people united for change. Life can only get better for people when all people work for that change together.

There can not be change for one race of people in our country unless we all stand together for this change. Our country not only has terrorist trying to kill our people this nation is so far apart that our country is left open for attacks. Stop think in race and start thinking as American`s that really need each other. Respect and commitment must become part of our people and our country. Our country must get together on the same page for all three parts that make up our nation. This means working together our government our people and our companies to become to true united states of America.

It is time for our people to stop looking back and start looking forward to the future of our nation that is falling apart. Together there can be so many changes in the problems that faces our nation. Together our people can take back the future of our nation. Do not ever forget where any one came from just stand together for our people and our country. People are sick and hungry and homeless these problems can change if our people create a support system for change to help make changes easier.

There are fifty million people without proper health insurance this can only change by our people work together to bring about change. Families are losing their children to drugs and street gangs this can only stop when our people all work together to bring about changes to stop it. There are so many changes that can be made in our country first all people must want these changes bad enough to work together for real change. I believe that there are so many people that think like I do that the only real chance our country has for change is to get beyond our petty differences to help create a better way of life for every single American.

Start talking with each other and stop talking about each other this will help start bring about change for every American. When something bad happens to a member of any race lets all stand together to make sure this does not happen again. Some one says that hate some person of a different race lets all stand together to make sure that our people will not be pulled apart. There will be people of every race that will not agree with me but I know that most people of every race just want a better life and change for all our people. Hate can not be spread through out any race if our people stand up together for each other.

I believe that our people all want the same hopes for the future of our people and our nation so lets stand up for each other and see the real changes that can come about for all our people this is the only real hope for the future of our nation. Together our people will grow together in the years ahead as a nation the choice is up to each of us.

As always I write with respect.

Human rights groups estimate that 12.3 million and 27 million people are enslaved in forced or bonded labor, sexual servitude, child labor, or involuntary servitude at any given time, all over the world. An abusive and exploitative system where individuals are bought and sold like objects, sex slavery exists in a variety of permutations.All forms of slavery share several common characteristics. These include forced labor, poor treatment, dehumanization, and physical or psychological constraint. Unable to escape, individuals are treated with no dignity or human decency.

It’s important to note that 79% of human trafficking victims are women and girls-nearly 80% of these victims end up working as sex slaves.

Stop Sex Slavery By Raising Awareness

It’s unfortunate that slavery still exists in the 21st century, and shocking that too few individuals are aware of its existence. 66% of victims of human trafficking are women and 13% are girls-the average age of entry into prostitution is 12 – 14. The first and foremost step to ending sex trafficking is to promote awareness. The greater the number of individuals involved in the fight to end sexual slavery, the greater the chances of success. Creating an awareness campaign at high schools and colleges, open forums, supplying informational materials, and encouraging individuals to pledge are some ways to create awareness.

Stop Sex Slavery With Prevention

The root of sex slavery is gender-based discrimination and gender inequality, creating a situation where men are able to sexually exploit women experiencing poverty, racism, and abuse. The demand for paid sex drives the sex trafficking market-there will always be a supply to meet the demand. Sex slavery will continue until demands cease. Sex traffickers prey upon women in vulnerable positions, those with little means or lack of skills necessary for employment. Young boys and girls who grow up believing that women are only to be valued for their looks and bodies lack the knowledge of healthy and respectful relationships. Sharing resources with children about healthy relationships is one way to target the demand side of sex trafficking. Targeting teens and providing education about healthy relationships not involving violence or control is another solution.

Stop Sex Slavery: Victim Services

The goal is to stop sex slavery before it starts, however there are millions of victims tortured in the name of prostitution and sex trafficking. Women rescued from sex trafficking benefit from both support and resources when rebuilding their lives. This includes job training, education, psychological help, and frequently translators. Organizations provide programs to assist women in need of financial support by providing resources necessary to improve skills, education, and employment prospects. Opportunity awards for women assist in rebuilding their lives.

If interested in supporting local organizations work to improve the lives of women and girls, there are many ways to help. Learn more about how you can raise awareness about sex trafficking and help women fight poverty, exploitation, and victimization.

Race matters in international negotiations, and if you send the wrong person to the wrong negotiation table, your results will be inadequate, and your mission will fail. A good case in point is the reality that most Mainland Chinese folks have not had a lot of experience with Black Races and they unfortunately feel superior to them. Yes, for Americans we cringe at that sort of racism, but the same thing can happen with white people in Africa, where the leaders do not trust the white people often enough.

It also happens with islanders of small micro-nations. And Hugo Chavez of Venezuela is not afraid to say how he feels either, claiming that the “Blonde Haired Blue Eyed Devils,” are the problem in the world, and they cannot be trusted. Not long ago, I was mentioning all this to a college student who sees himself as a foreign affairs type expert with regards to Russian-US affairs. And he indicated that if the Russians do not respect our Black President, that that arcane prejudice is a weakness.

Yes, I agree, but to whom?

After all, if it is an issue to them, then we lose negotiation points and fail to gain their respect if we do not understand it. Further, if we look at it from their mindset, they might ask us something like this; “are you suggesting that race and genetics don’t matter with regards to human intelligence, athletics, resistance to various diseases – that would seem to push the boundaries of political correctness right.”

Now then in many regards replacing the word “prejudice” with “profiling” or statistical probability makes it easier to swallow from a racism perspective, but we are essentially talking about the same thing, when understanding their issues and thinking. Now then, this is not to say that anomalies do not exist in all statistical sets, but the Russians could easily play that statistic and using what they consider sound judgment.

If we do not realize this, we are at a disadvantage. Remember, how your adversary judges you does matter; Sun Tzu; “Know your enemy, know yourself” and to deny the other side of the tables’ thought process is to put your side at a disadvantage, after all, what is the current push; “win their hearts and minds?”

If we don’t care what they think, or how they think, then we don’t know what they are thinking, thus, we are making them unpredictable in our minds, putting us at the disadvantage. Racism exists because people like themselves and believe they are of the best race. Black, White, Hispanic, Asian, or whatever, it hardly matters, and being proud of one’s genes is perfectly natural, so is fearing that which you do not understand. Fear hurts negotiations, and is a problem in foreign relations.

The other day someone mentioned to me that “at the end of the day, race is a non-issue, and bringing that into the mix is silly and ridiculous.” Maybe so, but we are not at the end of the day on this, we are in the morning of a very long-day. The Russians have their mindset and so do the Chinese, and to them our President does appears to be weak, and this puts us at a disadvantage meaning they will test us, causing conflict, or difficulty in trade disputes, and on the other side of the coin it gives us an advantage because they underestimate us.

So, how can that information be leveraged?

You see, it does matter. In fact, I believe the Chinese caught the Administration off guard with his last visit by our President, they totally disrespected him, it is a cultural issue, one we have to deal with. It is part of the mix. Chinese overall generally do not respect blacks. That is known, and China crossed us, what are we going to do about it? Nothing. We lose. They win.

Indeed, it took Geitner and H. Clinton to fix that up. You see, just because we claim not to see color in the US, doesn’t mean the rest of the world thinks like that. But that’s okay, most Africans don’t trust me because I am white, and Hugo Chavez calls folks like me “The blonde haired blue eyed devils” and that is pure racism out in the open and personal, that’s hate speech from a head of state.

The Russians and Chinese Leaders don’t say it in public, but most likely they think it, so it matters in negotiation. You can’t stop racism by pretending it doesn’t exist – that only adds to the problem. Academics often really blow it in this regard, because in their world, they don’t see color, and purposely go out of their way to try to make all things equal, whether they are or aren’t, it’s a different mindset.

Thus, it gives them the advantage in teaching, collaborating, and learning, but also puts them at the disadvantage of understanding how others think, and actually leads us into a debate about the hypocrisy of perspective and point-of-view arguments. Further, academics who don’t understand the race issues and how to play those cards are very likely to misadvise in such situations. Please consider this.

My husband and I took our ten year old daughter for a tour of Ellis Island. We watched a documentary where tired immigrants debarked from large freighters carrying ragged bags. Curious, my daughter turned to me and asked, “Who are the real Americans?” I responded thoughtfully, “I suppose the Native American Indian.” “What happened to them?” she asked. This time I was silent, unsure of how to express the truth. Finally I responded, “They lived wanting what every American dreams of: life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.”

However, as vigorously as Americans stand for those values, we are still a work in progress. What is reality for the average American? The perception is infinite.

Doris Day and Rock Hudson
Leave it to Beaver
Oprah
Nip/Tuck
Will and Grace
Six Feet Under
The Sopranos
Sex and the City
Passion of the Christ
The Da Vinci Code
The Wizard of Oz
9/11
The Holocaust
The Ten Commandments
The Beatles
Pattie Hearst
Jon Benet

THE MYTH
Modern physics claims that reality is an illusion. Every person lives within the holograph of their unique perception and ideology. Therefore, what “Americans” are we referring to in this essay on reality? Conservative, Republican, Liberal, Jew, Muslim, Catholic, Irish, Italian, Latin, African-American, Polish? Our interpretations influence what we believe is true in our pursuit of peace and love. Reality is THE big game hunt! And it depends on who is playing.

The Beatles sang Lucy In the Sky with Diamonds, which musically immortalized the eastern philosophy of Maya1 – and we soared with the magical butterfly through the mystical curtain, past the illusion of physical reality. What did Americans hunger for as they hung on to Lucy’s toe? The perfect life, the right and good God, the perfect planet? Our denial lies in the idealization of perfection which distorts the forgotten wisdom that brought our ancestors to America in the first place. That nirvana exists in the acceptance of our flawed and imperfect dreams.

Like the walrus, we swim around in the dark. We are running, flying and leaping to find the fountain of youth. As we attempt to escape our mortality, our educational system continues to fail our children: boredom is diagnosed as attention deficit, Ritalin and anti-depressants as the cure. We teach answers for SAT scores, rather than inspire vision and innovation.

The question of reality is akin to pondering if Alice actually fell down the Rabbit Hole. Today, Oprah is the last word in American reality. What she dictates to read is what Americans read. Is reality skewed by Hollywood and television-land?

THE BLUEPRINT OF MY PERCEPTION
Growing up in Brooklyn, New York, I was taught to be the Jewish geisha daughter. I watched my mother tease her platinum hair high until it twisted her into a rage. My mother dreamed Hollywood’s dreams and drove a pink Cadillac. My father built a catering business from the dust of the earth and prospered in the streets of Brooklyn. He believed if my genitals were different than his, I was supposed to be subservient to his needs! My parent’s American Dream was the streets paved in gold. In Yiddish, my grandmother’s native tongue, the “golden medinah” – the land of religious, political and economic opportunity.

My neighborhood was a cauldron of different cultures and religions. At age ten, the Irish hoodlum girls called me a Christ killer. Scared, the red-headed toughies would beat me to a pulp or throw me into an oven. My Jewish survival fought back, “Christ would never say that!” I was a simple American slurping my grandmother’s matzo ball soup. With my innocence attacked, I was forever terrorized.

SOCIETY, RELIGION & POLITICS
The pendulum swings from decade to decade according to corporate, religious and government institutions that set the standards of how we are supposed to live. We have landed in a reality where mankind is more technologically advanced than versed in the fine art of being human.

Hollywood starlets are skinnier than match sticks. That represents beauty in our present society? We want inner beauty and wisdom, but we just can’t keep away from the plastic surgeon’s knife.

Our historical legacy lends itself to hypocrisy. The Fifties: Doris and Rock, thousands of American women married “Rock” and emulated the archetype of the virginal, blue-eyed beauty. The Sixties: free love, give peace a chance. The seventies: Vietnam war protests, Elvis is King or Christ? Gloria Steinem and Pattie Hearst: brainwashed, abducted or freed from political and religious frigidity? The Eighties: clergymen are secretly molesting choir boys? The Nineties: pro-choice or baby killers? Gay marriages and single parent homes an option? In our current millennium our choices have expanded from columns A-Z.

America is a montage of colliding cultures and morals; each group having their own lobby in Washington. Mick Jagger’s lyrics: “You can’t always get what you want, you get what you need?” Do we need umpteen facelifts? Seven year olds dressed up as movie queens seductively prancing across a stage; later found murdered and raped. Childhood stars overdosing and dying? Botox, the new addiction because thirty year olds are terrified of being fifty years old?

The world is angry; bombs are exploding at our doorsteps. Our current political view is saving the world by killing and torturing thousands, as a moral justification of good against evil. Then government elites brush shoulders with the “evil” enemy because oil is a much-needed commodity. Terrorists now build their cells like ants in our backyards.

America: sex, politics and lies; Clinton swore he did not have sex with that woman! Much the same with Thomas Jefferson who kept his love for slave women a secret. And will we ever know the truth about Marilyn Monroe’s death and her entanglement with the Kennedy brothers? Why then are we astonished that our children are shooting children, fifteen year olds are having internet sex and mothers are killing their babies? Cover-up is an American pastime in the pursuit of happiness.

COMMERCIALISM: THE BIGGEST CULT
The Food and Drug Administration believes what people don’t know won’t hurt them. Go ahead and put hormones in chickens and dog poop in chop meat. What the hell? We put coke in the coke and chemicals in our Thanksgiving turkey. And how long did it take cigarette conglomerate Philip Morris to come clean about lung cancer and tobacco?

Today, pharmaceutical companies are national drug dealers. We are forced to buy costly prescriptions that our insurance won’t cover unless you pay high premiums, all to keep us thin, hormonally balanced, lower our cholesterol and keep our sanity intact. Let’s not forget these drugs may kill our sex drive or our emotions, cause cancer and liver disease and maybe give you a blood clot in the brain.

Our political and corporate leaders subliminally influence the masses through media hype to purchase perfumes, low-fat subs, lemon smelling detergents, promising cleaner minds, bodies and better sex. Then we can live happily ever after on Prozac, numbed-out to how terrified we feel.

THE PARADOX
Reality or fantasy? The seed that grows a tree, the moonlight, the sun’s rays, a child’s laughter, a cat’s meow, Dr. Seuss, Peter Pan; think beautiful thoughts and you can fly. By whose authority does reality exist?

Although our American heroes – Martin Luther King, Eleanor Roosevelt and Jack Kennedy, to name a few – all had human flaws, they followed their dream. It is indeed the land of opportunity. Every American has a crack at breaking the glass ceiling.

But alas, we can fly a man to the moon, but we still cannot stop racism, hatred and bigotry. Shakespeare and the Greeks understood the nature of reality because they understood the trappings of the psyche. The ancients walked with gods and goddesses, captive to their whimsical callings. The sin in the Garden deemed humans as the enemy of God. However, according biblical mythology the sins of jealousy, sloth, greed, and anger are parts of the dark night of the soul, to transform and heal the psyche. They are the emotional guides to enlightened wisdom. Weren’t Abraham and Christ spiritually challenged? Will Americans sacrifice their iPods and BlackBerrys in order to feel the pain of remembrance?

EPILOGUE
If we view ourselves as pieces of a scattered whole struggling toward the “Greater Good,” then we can each contribute to our forefathers’ vision of equality. Then the ancient transition of the ‘dark night of the soul’ can emerge to a better end. The pain of separation can be a catalyst to reach a higher plane. That would be our grasp on reality and truly the American dream – to help one another as allies instead of enemies!

We can embody the fable where the blind men all claimed to know the nature of an elephant; “it is the ear, it is the tail, it is the trunk!” If they suddenly awakened, at that moment of realization they would know, “that all men and women are created equal. That is what Americans strive for, lose their way and then find a way back to THEIR CLIMB TOWARD GRACE.

You can because you can’t, I once said to a friend. He later asked me what I meant by that statement, but I hesitated because I was unsure if he would fully grasp its meaning even If it were staring at him point-blank. You can because you can’t means, [there is nothing in life that you cannot do when you apply yourself and believe. Because of this, you must make it--you can't afford not to]. A.Guy.

Easier said than done, but I really hope that by the time you finish reading this call to action, your eyes will have become opened to the realization of your full potential. Consequently, I know this may seem preachy, but it is necessary. Many a times we wonder why some don’t make it, why them and not me? The truth of the matter is that, you, like every other “wanna-make-it” lack faith in God, and ultimately in yourself. You must believe, then put action to faith and create your reality! It is the only way. Faith is the journey, not your destination.

No one can believe for you; your destiny is in your heart and mouth. Speak that which brings life, not death! What you say is what you get. [W.Y.S.I.W.Y.G] Therefore death and life are in the tongue–speak life and both you and your situation will change. Stop looking at your temporary stop-over. Life is a journey, and stops must be made to make adjustments. The Bible says, you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you and I, paraphrasingly speaking (Philippians 4:13).

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. once said, “I have seen the promise land…I Have A Dream.” Two wonderful statements! Consequently, many may have committed those speeches to memory, but may never see the promise, much more, the land. In actuality, I believe that promise land is here; right now, today! The catch is, only you can get [you] there if you so choose. He had the DREAM, but we must LIVE it. He did so much for us that we would not, if placed in similar conditions. Let us press forward toward the goal unto the prize of the high calling of the God, which is in us (Philippians 3:14). Change is a good thing, and maybe the best of things. We don’t have to relive his-story, we can rewrite our story. So, where do we go from here?

Stop racism; it only hurt you. Let’s take the cist out of race, so we can run together. Don’t just look at your palm or the “black of your hand,” (metaphor) look at the hand’s potential to help you make a difference. Together we can do it even better, and why not. Each one teaches another; while one hand washes the other…in the end they both become clean. Hate never hurt the hated, only the hater is affected.

Black men, let us rise to the occasion and become what we were intentionally designed to be:

* Men of standard
* Quality
* Ambition
* Valor
* Responsible
* Husband
* Above all, fathers

There are too many children being born out of wedlock, too many pants sagging and empty billfolds, too many houses and no homes, too many Christians and no believers, too many beats and no music to calm the savage beast. Change is inevitable, and one must change in order to grow, even I too must change. In fact, the sooner we change the better we grow. Questions: Why buy a size 40 pants if your waste line is only 28? Why is challenge one of our greatest fear?

I know for many, wearing baggy clothing and having your pants hanging from your knees may be the latest fashion, or for a better choice of word, the in-thing, but your pants were made to be worn on your waist, not to be used as knee cuffs. I find it quite an embarrassment to see strong young men rushing to catch the bus, but are unsuccessful because they could not run fast enough due to hanging pants and oversized undergarment. Like a suit of clothes, let us change our today for a better tomorrow–start by respecting yourselves so others can in like manner, respect you.

Black women, you are the apple of our eyes, the ruling queen of our kingdom. And although I am speaking to our sisters, this is applicable to all because kings of all colors desire queens too. Like a movie, let us know our lines, act the part, and make an unforgettable motion picture that is continuously contagious for generations to come. True men look for wives, not girlfriends and one-night-standers. You don’t have to be what the woods of Holly (metaphor) dictates to you. Don’t just look at the picture, so accurately painted by dreamers of the cosmos, just be you. Dress accordingly, and appropriately; that way, your good will not be spoken evil of. Remember, your existence is neither an accident, flawed nor misfortune–we need you in our circle of life.

* Show respect to your husband
* Choose your words wisely
* Listen more than you speak
* Allow your husband to be the head of your home

Start reading; it is important you make it a daily regimen. One of the greatest joys in life is to travel the minds of the world’s gifted writers. From a biblical perspective, I know what the Apostle Paul went through as I read his letters. In addition, I feel what Joshua felt when he and Caleb returned from the land of milk and honey, or the land of more than enough and realized they were well able to overcome the giants. Reading, it helps you and I by providing vital information to our unanswered questions. It’s not just fundamental, it is a way of life! You don’t have to be intoxicated to be elevated–get hooked on phoenix–nothing gets you higher.

What is reality? No really, what is it? Have you ever thought to really delve into this question? I don’t mean in an existential or spiritual type of way. You don’t need to ingest hallucinogens to really take a look at what is real and come up with some answer for yourself, but – never mind. So let’s have a discussion about some ways to prospect this very interesting question. We do all assume we are living in a type of reality, correct? But what are the determinant factors of this said reality we all claim to have a solid grasp on.

Let’s start by getting physics out of the way and then we’ll ground this conversation to something more relatable. So as far as the physical universe is concerned for anything to be real it must meet 3 criterions. It must take up space, it must exist in time, and it must have form. Phew, that was easy! We could have a very long conversation about that alone, but I want to have this information be as useful as possible without getting into a complicated conversation about energy, atoms, and the like.

There are two (2) types of reality I would like to cover in this post. The first being the personal test for reality. The second is our collective reality. However, first let’s consider something. Do any two people on this planet process reality in the same way? Said another way, is there any two people who would wholly and completely see things the exact same way. I would wager no. Often the perspective, angle, past experiences and other factors can change how things are ultimately perceived and as such there are literally 7 billion different realities walking around on this planet. My reality and the opinions I base off it, would not be the same reality or opinions of even my best friend or my brother. Another example, if I were to put 1 person on a stage (test subject) in front of 20 other people. Then I proceeded to ask the 20 people to describe this person. I would literally get 20 different “stories” or perceptions about this person. They would perhaps describe physical traits, personality traits, or other perceived phenomenons. And while some observations may overlap the experience of this person on the stage and how the other 20 perceive him or her will be unique to the person that is observing our test subject. Let’s continue…

When I say personal reality, I literally mean, your own personal test for reality. There are many ways to answer this question. Experiences, religion, and pretty much anything you consider your past. Surely these must be real things, right? Well yes, sorta, but I simply want to look at something that as a specie we all share in common for the most part. I’m speaking of the five senses, the evolutionary masterpieces that were bestowed upon us and are commonly referred to as touch, taste, smell, sight, and sound. These are the tools we’ve been given to navigate the turbulent waters of reality and life. The question I’d like to pose is this. When using these tools, would you say that they are a reliable gauge for reality? Personally, at one time or another, each if not all these senses have failed me. There are times where I’m sure I see one thing, but upon closer inspection, I’m dumb-founded to see that it is something completely different than I originally thought I saw. I know that I’ve misheard things on countless occasions. Whether it’s someone calling out my name or a sound I react to, only to find that there is no one or no thing in sight that could possibly have produced that sound. Am I crazy? Probably, but whatever – it keeps me interesting! I know that I’ve touched, tasted and smelled things only to realize that they were not what I originally thought they were. You get the point. These senses fail and probably fail consistently in some way shape or form whether we are conscious to them failing or not. So could we say they are reliable? Not really, perhaps as reliable as a Ford that was built in the 90s. It runs, but improvements could be made. As I said, let’s continue…

Now we come to the meat and the biscuits of our discussion. If our personal system for reliably delivering a picture of reality is unreliable, surely there must be a way to better determine the truth. Well, let’s look. The other major factor and component of reality is what COLLECTIVELY as a human race the majorities agree upon. If everyone thinks it’s true, then it must be true, right? Again, let’s inspect this. Didn’t everyone on the planet at one point in time perceive that the Earth was the center of the universe? Didn’t everyone on the planet at one point in time think the Earth was flat? Weren’t they absolutely certain of their reality? Not only were they certain, but their entire lives were shaped by these ideas, it literally determined the reality they lived in. Ships wouldn’t go past the horizon for fear of plummeting off the end of the earth. The “New World” as we call it wasn’t discovered by Europeans till Columbus famously found it while searching for India in 1492! India, huh?

Have you ever stopped to consider why the Earth being discovered as part of the universe instead of at the center of the universe was such a big deal? Everyone on Earth thought they were Gods at that point in time! The universe was created and at the center of it all was the universe’s ultimate creation. US! (WO)MAN! HOORAY! I can’t even begin to imagine the social impact this new discovery had on our specie when the idea began to permeate throughout the world. How people, their views, and realities must have changed over the next few hundred years in acceptance of this idea. How their reality altered and what they had to deal with personally to live inside this new paradigm shift. To understand that we were not quite as divine as we had probably assumed for thousands of years would have a tremendous impact socially speaking. It would re-determine who we were, the roll we played, and realities that we set forth. Talk about a bummer!

There are still ideas like this today that could permeate and impact our specie on a very grand scale, but that’s a conversation for another post and perhaps these ideas could be the ultimate shift in consciousness if it is adapted by us wholly and completely as a specie, but I digress – Going back to the Collective reality idea, sure, it’s easy and popular to believe what everyone believes. These ideas guide us, shape us, have us reacting to things, we make decisions based on them and so forth. But looking at it now, would you say that’s an accurate test for reality? Nope, not so much. Hmmmmm?

We’ve looked at these two tests for reality and we can see they are mostly unreliable. We’ve also established that reality and truth is unique to the individual or the observer and that we each have our own set of reality. So again I pose this question? What is the major determinant for reality for each of us then? Let me chime in with a proposal. Language!

You’ll hear people say, it’s what separates us from the animals. Exactly, animals do speak, but our use of language has far surpassed any specie as far as we can tell and has allowed us to achieve a great many things. If you read my previous article about becoming present I was attempting to make you aware of patterns in your life. Patterns that are both conscious and unconscious. Patterns that literally determine just about everything about your belief system, who you are, who others are, and finally what your reality is. Let me say that again, reality IS what comes out of your mouth. I know this may be too difficult or maybe even too simple to grasp, but if you really look at it, the only thing that determines who you are and the world that is around you, is what we say about yourself and what we collectively say about the world around us together.

I saw this brilliant Morgan Freeman Interview and Morgan is asked about Black History Month and then about what it would take to stop racism and he says something so brilliant. “Stop talking about it!” I think the message may have been missed by most who viewed it, but what Morgan was eluding to is that racism is a function of language. It doesn’t truly exist in reality. Language puts things into reality and they are taken out of reality just as quick as the word is done being said. In order for something to remain, nay, for the experience of something to remain in reality it must be spoken about over and over again. Notice for yourself. If you’ve ever been in a loving relationship and the other person stops saying they love you. Where does love go? Doesn’t it seem to disappear? If you are heartbroken over someone, but you don’t stop talking about them, how they hurt you, or how much you miss them. Doesn’t the heart break remain in place? It’s only when you consciously choose to move past it and stop talking about it consistently, that the feelings about it begin to diminish and then the impact itself slowly is removed to faded memories. Well, that’s how everything works. If you speak it and keep speaking it, you’ll keep getting it. I knew a very wise man once and he would say, “Say the same thing, have the same life. Say something different, have a completely different life. “

This is great news I just gave you. I just told you that you are in the driver seat of your life. Whatever area of your life is not working for you, I want you to look at it. Just look! What are you saying about it? What are you complaining about consistently? Who are you complaining about? What are others around you saying to keep this conversation alive with you? Have you ever noticed that the people who talk about not wanting drama in their lives are the ones that have it the most! Or the people who we call hypochondriacs and worry about health are the ones who get sick the most! Or the ones that talk about how everything always goes wrong for them – well, it does. Because they won’t stop speaking it and reality will follow your words. Ultimately, what you need to alter or transform any area of your life is to take responsibility for what you’ve said up until now, be committed to no longer saying that (this requires becoming present), and begin a new and empowering conversation about that area, that person, that situation, whatever it might be for you. I promise you, if you keep speaking those new words, what will show up is a new reality! This is simple and may not be easy, but there are ways to practice this as well.

Last point; don’t treat conversations like they are objects. They aren’t. You can put an object down, like a cup of water, and you can leave it on a table. Given that no one else has moved that cup, you could come back to that table in ten years and that cup will still be there. Conversations are not like that. You can’t tell someone you love them once and then expect love to be present forever. Conversations disappear! They are more attuned to a puff of smoke. You see it and poof, gone. For the things you do want in life, keep creating them, and keep speaking them. For all the things that weigh you down, are a burden, offer you no peace, self-expression or freedom. Here’s my suggestion. LET THEM GO!! Resisting them, won’t help, that’s an illusion. Guilting and punishing yourself, that won’t help; it just keeps that conversation around and also disables you from truly hearing anything new. Finding friends to corroborate stories you’ve made up that disempower you, will only give strength to the things you don’t want. Learn to let things flow through you. When circumstances occur that you don’t enjoy, DO NOT become stiff like a wall and resist. If you resist you never move past stuff. You must learn to accept things the way they are or they never alter. You can not control life, it will keep coming at you the way it comes at you. The only thing you can choose is who you are going to be when these circumstances arise. These choices can and will completely alter your experience and your reality if you allow them to.

People spend their whole lives this way, not choosing who they are going to be. Is that really worth your life? Your energy or your time? Have you ever seen the people on the NYC subway, it’s seems like everyone is trying to have a “who can look more miserable” contest. Like they can show you that their life is harder than yours by the look on their face. This proves what exactly? People are very identified with what is comfortable and what is known to them. Even if this knowing is something that causes them much displeasure and pain, they will continue to do it because it’s predictable and people are mostly scared of the unknown. My assertion is that in the unknown lies peace. In the unknown lie your dreams. In the unknown lies the life you always imagined, but always seems outside your grasp. In the unknown the human race can evolve. We just need to have the courage to take that risk. I know fear comes into play here. But choose courage instead. Courage is not experiencing the lack of fear, but rather acting even in the presence of fear!

I challenge you to look at areas of your life that aren’t working or that you want to take to the next level and distinguish for yourself the conversation you are having about that area. What are you really and authentically saying about this area? If you can get straight with yourself about it, then it will be very clear why it is the way it is. And while it may sting for a second, a minute or even a day to really be that honest with yourself, this will be the first step you take into completely transforming this area and giving yourself freedom like you’ve never experienced before. Freedom is having a choice! Most people don’t choose they decide based on their circumstances. Decide is synonymous with words like homicide, suicide, genocide. It means that once you pick something you are no longer present to an alternative or another possibility. When you choose and choose freely it’s something you can do on a second-by-second basis. It’s pure creation. It’s pure freedom. It’s what life could be and should be for everyone. Choose to make a difference in your life today!

Peace & Love

There is some racism in everyone, and it is absolutely pathetic. Some negative experiences on the road that come with your peers, and part comes from the fear and uncertainty. This is not acceptable, but everyone understands that it may be easier to quit smoking. So, where racism has its roots? It’s something you can learn to innate, part of the human brain, what happened to that?

Did you know that dogs naturally do not like blacks? Why? Once again, a food source? Is this something for fear of being transferred into their genetic code? It may seem strange, no? It’s something to do with their eyes, they see ghosts? What happens in these little dog brains?

In addition, the human race seems to choose the mechanism of reproduction is almost similar genes during mating, if that helps. In this way, and other discrimination. This term is a discussion on a psychoanalyst. Another, perhaps one of the buildings is not to classify people on the other, so that the unknown fear, which led to a slight increase in brain waves in the reptilian brain, leading to a fight or flight. People with low IQ-find this part of the brain are commonly used.

So if you go a little further, if you want to build an army to find the enemy to convince morons are different, the bad and evil (if they are clearly different, which makes it easier, I think) on the buy-back mechanism to monitor and apply again and again. After that, the rest is easy, and “kids” will never understand what they really are. Instead, they will quickly gun and orders. How unfortunate. That is why the ethnic cleansing going on today?

And their leaders, who use all these methods, fear and racism, they should be ashamed. Enjoy stupid as a weapon against its neighbors in search of another. They are old weapons, the spirit in a larger system, the political boss concentrated at the top. But whatever, it’s just life in the Jungle People. I’ve never been very impressed with everything, but I must admit, I wonder all the noise and fury of the people to watch what on earth they got all the games. Maybe it’s because Jane Goodall loves his job so well that it would be very interesting to observe in their natural state?

Recently, Obama, Eric Holder, said: “When it comes to race, we are a nation of cowards.” Yes, indeed, some have called racist that we should stop talking so worried.

Everyone knows you can not solve, even if they are hidden under the carpet. But not only racism, hatred is the problem as well. If the communication is no longer the problem worse.

Hatred is something else. But I’ll send you those who pretend that racism is not really the most racist of all. I’m not. I would also say that those who argue that hate crimes are the biggest enemy of all.

Find a group to ensure that the company failed to keep the chicken and you will be a group that “more”is ready to take the rights of others in the pursuit of personal desires in a group that claims to have been wrong price.

It makes no sense to a racist or racial agitators continue further into political correctness. Then when we call each other all the racists are not stupid? You can understand why the comments Eric Holder was the target?

Now the question is what do we do? If you solve this problem, we can solve the problem or shut up and let it rot and anger explodes into a major challenge of the day in our faces?

Good question, especially since the first African-American president, perhaps it is time to see everything in nature, how we did and at the end of each race-bait, racism and equal rights for all non-profit, disability or gifts for anyone of any race? Think about it.

Culture, racism and hatred, for several reasons. Western culture is dedicated to saving Western civilization. Racism is not only stupid, but it poses a threat to Western civilization. America, the foundation of Western civilization, is a multi-ethnic society. If we divide on the basis of race, and we are devastated. And our hero, Ben Franklin said: “We must hang together, or we surely will hang separately.” What divides us makes us weak and if we are really interested in Western civilization, you must be racist. Face and stopped.

If people can not change the gender, race discussion is not a great result. Instead, World War II, our nation’s history tells us race consciousness can lead to large losses. The impact of the noble and very necessary to withdraw the last of racism, our ability to discuss culture. Cultural diversity is real and very important. It is impossible to discuss cultural diversity, and the fear of being attacked as racist, threatening Western civilization. To discuss cultural diversity, and we should be clear that the case of race, culture, and separate. Culture, it is clear that the discussion about our culture is not just ethnic or genetic about it.

Not all cultures are equal, and diversity. Mexico drop out of school at higher rates than whites. It also has the highest rate of ectopic pregnancy out of wedlock. No one denies report of two from the truth. But many of those who claim to call it “racist.” Call report racist incompetent our ability to discuss and resolve these issues. We can not allow the program to overcome the difference in performance if we are afraid to discuss it. If race is the cause of the difference between the two desperate, we,. You, once again, can not change your race. But if we know that we will discuss the culture and the culture, and we can be fruitful discussion.

Multiculturalism tells us that we do not have to judge culture. Instead, he tells us that we all must celebrate. To deny that cultural diversity can include both negative and positive nature, and cultural pluralism was also discussion about the culture of silence. Multiculturalism undermines talks confusion over culture and race. This tells us that all the attention on the negative aspects of cultural racism. Confused, culture and race, and talk about cultural pluralism is the true impact and importance of cultural diversity.

Care should be taken if we want to protect the diversity of Western civilization. Nations suspended outside the West, discussions about diversity. Saudi Arabia does not allow non-Muslims to become citizens. They did not even have a channel that other religions to represent their country. China censor speech and define citizenship on the basis of race, but China and Chinese. Respect for cultural diversity internationally. These countries have the right to determine and protect and promote the majority culture. Cultural pluralism in contrast to what I say to you, we also have a staple crop. Some characteristics of a foreign culture does not fit well with our interests.

Multiculturalism tells us that we do not have the basic cultural and racist debate, and weaken our ability to protect and guide Western culture. Issues such as immigration, ranging from alcoholism, poverty, education can be overcome if we are not able to discuss openly and honestly cultural diversity. To invite people who want to discuss ethnic diversity, and not only stop the calls, but the issue at hand is very serious. cultural pluralism, “the theme of celebrating diversity” does not give direction and deny that the history of Western countries or cultures. Contact us and discuss OCAP culture can help us in guiding the safety and protection and promotion of Western culture.

I had a tough time last week, said a boy who romped to a European country that consisted of 28 states and more than 25 languages and many other languages. But it was very surprising for me to believe his stupid comments for the simple reason that there has never been outside their own country. Then another thought haunted me – we are so ignorant of the Indian population in rich countries? I’m sure all my attempts to find such a person, at least among the developed parts of Indian society would be useless.

It is not uncommon for people in India to watch an unnecessary tourist or a foreigner to find (* firang – that’s what they call Mumbai) on a short visit to the country. Well, not about the looks and thoughts as I speak, but I do not understand why we are so attracted to white skin. We Brits, held this year for the same reason and prejudice taken to superior, more presentable, and then had the power to influence. For all that is darker than black, instead of wheat or black-ish is considered bad? I was born to a mother who was more accurate color than my father. Later I was told by a relative as my grandmother was praying for my light complexion. This trend is common in Indian society for generations and is ubiquitous. Not that these thoughts orthodoxies that existed during the reign of our grandmothers and great-grandfather. E disheartening that the slope of the white color is much more popular than human nature, his work, talent and deserve today.

One of the hardest hit parts of this self-inflicted racism is the fair sex. A member of the fairer sex has no future in the glamorous world of good if she was not born. Is not a normal girl looking for a good chance the man of her dreams, to marry for the simple reason that his family would not prefer to be a good game. In an arranged marriage, they always ask his youngest daughter who is very honest. It is disgusting? Unfortunately it is common in our society. We have these problems for future generations, so that was a part of our culture, taboos, and most importantly, our attitude. I saw several ads are highlighted on TV screens, claiming their Indian cosmetic product, a cream or soap to ensure fairness lighter color – the product has the potential to open new doors to success and enlightenment in his sad state of life does not occur. Some manufacturers of cosmetics did not even spare the men for their crimes to be darker than sex. A typical ad shows a man how dark, oily skin young is sad, discouraged by his skin color, the attention of the girl he likes to pull his college. Usually, the period of two weeks of the skin cream recommended by the company and it will not only win the girl of his dreams, but also a big fan club for women. The question is that these ads that are designed specifically for the Indian market? The answer is that these ads openly flouted and planned by the various segments of the population in the Indian market. This is a clear reason underlying our skin so black that guarantees a symbol of inefficiency and incompetence.

Caste-ism is the worst form of racism. Believe me, today is not easy for a student classified as belonging to one caste, scheduled tribe and other backward class background. I remember the efforts of my school principal in ten classes, to reduce my marks in the internal practice exam that I can score more than his son is studying in the same class. I am thankful to my class teacher who stopped this crime was committed, he was beside me, told us that this vile act. Unfortunately there was nothing I could do. It is not easy to prove who suffer injustice because of their environments esp origin, social or family. while most of these actions is not done openly. In a society that asks for the name of a person to their caste, creed and confession of their ancestors to identify, and it is difficult to grow esp. When he was something in his hand. For years, the great social reformers sacrifice their lives to abolish these unfair practices, such prejudices of caste-related. The majority of the Dalit population is suppressed, deprived of basic education. The females are harassed, raped and murdered in remote Indian villages, for the reason of being born Dalit. A nation will never grow because of a few rich men who are a brand, rather it should develop in harmony – it is only when people get older, the country grows. Reservations, although they are useful to the possibilities that have been stripped of the community in providing this population is not the only solution to end this practice. If racism is the opinion of thirty thousand feet in the Indian society, caste-ism is the view of the earth. It’s all in our thoughts.

There was a great story floating around via e-mail that to the oppressed people of Indian society as “locusts”. People who have successfully qualified and known as “ants” powered by day because of discomfort caused by the locusts. They are consumed as a result of internal politics in the country and missed opportunities of the costs that their business because of the locusts. Ants are industrious spiders suddenly egocentric and finally decided its network in the U.S. to build. The story was eventually overrun with ants in the United States, where he began to live happily ever after. In India, millions of locusts always had to fight for their lives. Well, they have nothing to reproach ants because they are hard working, honest, eager to society with equal rights and opportunities, and read well for the good of all. I think the ants short and lacks vision to catch a vision for a larger image. They are myopic to the fact that these locusts are the real victims of the greed exhibited by those mentioned. These ants are storing food for the knowledge and power in their homes, while the rest of those in need without him. Now stop talking the language of the ants and grasshoppers – the story is never the broader context of the whole situation covered. It’s about us, the people. We can not be the most difficult situations to understand the less fortunate. We never have to open minds to social decline. Most families do not even know how to cancel the benefits of reservation to enjoy. Today, a graduate of the business plan to develop highly qualified his roots abroad, rightly neglect their moral duties, which gives almost nothing in his country. This neglect is another form of racism, and the real picture of Indian society today.

We patronage people will never cease to exist in our minds, but there are some “important for us to consider, in terms of how we think about others. Being fair-chase or to be born to rich parents give us no right to build a narrow view of ethics to others. Give a thought, next time you visit an Indian an belittling “Desi. It is time to consider before appointing a world “racist”.
